Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy


1.1      We are “Chong Lap (H.K.) Co., Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Chong Lap Asia-Pacific Health Care Limited (collectively “we”, the “Company” or CLHK) and we own and operate the site. Our site facilitates a convenient way to shop online round-the-clock over the Internet, including by using our applications.

1.2      By using our site you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1.3           We reserve the right to make changes to these terms and conditions from time to time without providing any prior notification. The amended terms and conditions are effective from the date they are published on our site. Your continued access and use of our site and our services shall represent your unconditional acceptance of the latest version of the terms and conditions.


2.1      You are required to register with us when you use the services or place an order. By registering you are making a statement, upon which we are entitled to rely, that you are aged 18 years or above and capable of forming a legally binding contract.

2.2      In consideration of your use of our services, you agree to:

2.2.1   provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself when filling out our registration form; and

2.2.2   maintain and promptly update your registration information to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If we have reasonable grounds to suspect that any information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, we have the right to suspend or terminate your registration.


3.1      When you place an order you are making an offer to buy from the supplier the merchandise you have specified at the price stated for those merchandise.

3.2     We will acknowledge your order to confirm that we have received your order by email. The confirmation will provide:

3.2.1  details of what you have ordered,

3.2.2  details of the price charged,

3.2.3  information about the progress of your order, and

3.2.4  estimated dispatch and delivery information.

This communication will be our acceptance of your order. You may track your order status online.

3.3      The availability of the products is as shown online and will be updated regularly by the company. They should not be relied on as definite statements as to whether the merchandise you wish to purchase are actually in stock.

3.4      We reserve our right not to accept or cancel an order for any reasons at our sole discretion, including without limitation:

3.4.1   no sufficient stock to deliver the merchandise you have ordered;

3.4.2   no delivery can be arranged for your area; or

3.4.3   one or more of the products you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a human or computer error or an error in the pricing information provided by the supplier.

3.5      If we cancel your order we will notify you by email and will credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your credit card as soon as possible but in any event within thirty (30) days of your order. You accept that we will not be obliged to offer any compensation for disappointment suffered.

Price and Payment

4.1      If the order is cancelled by us, if you have already made any payment, we will make a refund on any sum deducted by us from your credit card or pay pal. You agree and accept that we will not be obliged to offer any compensation for disappointment suffered.

4.2     We only accept credit card payments made by Visa and MasterCard and or pay pal. When you place an order you authorise us to debit the credit card you specify on your order for the amount of the order at the time we send our acceptance of your order.

4.3      We use third party payment service to process online transactions. When you place an order, you agree and accept that your credit card information will be collected, processed, and kept by us and a payment service provider subject to its terms and conditions. You agree and accept that you are solely and exclusively responsible for any losses incurred or sustained by you in making credit card transaction, and in no event shall any such losses in whole or in part be borne by us.


5.1    We shall commission “SF Express” to make the deliveries in the specified areas of Hong Kong from Monday to Saturday except public holidays and when typhoon warning signal No. 8 or above or black rainstorm warning is in force. We currently do not make deliveries to remote areas and outer islands, and buildings without elevator facility. We reserve the right to decline delivery at our sole discretion. You agree and accept that you will collect your ordered merchandise from our logistics centre and under no circumstances will we accept cancellation of order or refund.

5.2      We will deliver the merchandise ordered by you to the address you give us for delivery at the time you make your order.  You agree and accept that we are entitled, at our option, to charge you additional costs or cancel your order without any refund or compensation to you in the event of your failure to accept delivery for whatever reasons.

5.3      Unless otherwise specified, we will use all reasonable commercial endeavors to make delivery within 48 hours after your order is accepted.

5.4      Once when the order has been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for the loss or damage.

5.5      Unless otherwise specified, delivery charge will be imposed on each delivery for every order at the rate of HK$60.

You are welcome for self pick up at our company and no delivery charge would be levied.

We reserve the right to amend the free delivery threshold at any time and from time to time.

Returns or Exchanges

6.1      Unless otherwise specified, no return or exchange of products will be accepted. Please read the returns or exchanges policy as specified by the supplier carefully before you place an order.

6.2      It is however, merchandise may be returned or exchanged within seven (7) days of receipt if the merchandise you ordered are faulty, defective or damaged (with no fault on your part), or the merchandise are not what you ordered, or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, provided that:

 6.2.1   the returns or exchanges policy applies;

6.2.2   the merchandise are unused and in the condition originally sold together with all parts and accessories which are provided with the merchandise including manuals, certificates, labels, tags, bags, and boxes;

6.2.3   the packaging of the merchandise must be in the condition in which it was delivered to you; and

6.2.4   a request for return or exchange is sent to our customer service representative via email or whatsapp .

6.3      No cash refund will be offered

6.4      You agree and accept that merchandise is acceptable for exchange subject to stocks availability.

6.5      You agree and accept that it will be at our sole discretion whether the merchandise is accepted for return or exchange. 

Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

7.1      We do not represent or warrant that access to our site (including using our applications or software), or any part of it, will be uninterrupted, reliable or fault-free.

7.2     You agree that no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed as totally secure. Whilst we strive to protect such information, we do not warrant and cannot ensure the security of any information which you transmit to us. Any information which you transmit to us is transmitted at your own risk.

7.3    We take privacy issues seriously. Our privacy policy covers our use of any information you provide. In using our services, you agree that we may collect, store, and use information about you in accordance with our privacy policy. You acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms of our privacy policy.

 7.4  These terms and conditions are governed by the laws in force in Hong Kong. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Hong Kong courts.


You need not supply any personal data in order to access the Company’s website or mobile app. When you participate in, access or sign up to any of the Services, personal data is collected from you to enable us to provide you with the Services. You may decline to provide us with the requested personal data, but in such case we may not be able to provide the Services to you. By submitting your personal data you consent to the use of that data as set out in this Privacy Policy Statement.

Personal data collected from you may be used by the Company for, without limitation:

  • identifying you and any accounts you hold with us
  • enabling the provision of the Services to you 
  • conducting identity verification and/or credit checks
  • determining and verifying your eligibility for discounts and promotions on products and services
  • direct marketing of the Services
  • handling your complaints and account enquiries, and handling any claim, action and/or proceedings against the Company or any party
  • fraud prevention and detection


Types of personal data collected by the Company may include, without limitation:

  1. Your personal information and contact information such as your name, gender, telephone number, email address, residential address, mailing address, and billing address;
  2. Your account details, including first and last 4 digits of credit card account numbers, or user accounts; 



1.1       我們是創立亞太醫療用品有限公司的全資附屬公司創立(香港)有限公司(以下簡稱為「我們」、「本公司」或「創立」),且我們擁有及經營網站。我們的網站透過互聯網(包括透過使用應用程式或軟件)提供便利的購物模式,並全天候提供網上娛樂資訊(「服務」)。

1.2       閣下使用網站,即代表閣下同意受下列條款及細則所約束。請細閱有關條款及細則。

1.3      我們保留一切權利,可於任何時間及不時更改本條款及細則,而無需作出通知。修改後的條款及細則由發佈日開始生效。閣下使用我們的網站及我們的服務,即視為閣下同意接受本條款及細則的最新版本。


2.1       閣下使用服務或訂購前需先行註冊。註冊後代表閣下使用我們的網站訂購任何產品已視為與我們訂立合約的權力範圍內進行。另外亦聲明已年滿18歲或以上,並有構成具法律約束力合約的能力。

2.2       鑒於閣下使用我們的服務,閣下同意:

2.3.1    提供購買人真實、準確、最新及完整的資料;及

2.3.2    更新閣下的註冊資料以確保有關資料真實、準確、最新及完整。如我們有合理理由懷疑任何資料屬不實、不準確、並非最新或不完整,我們有權暫停或終止閣下的註冊。


3.1       當閣下作出訂購時,即表示閣下按商品的指定價格購買該等商品。閣下一旦提交,則不得取消有關訂單,即使我們仍未接納或拒絕閣下的訂單。

3.2       我們將以電郵形式確認我們已收到閣下的訂單。該確認電郵將提供:

3.3.1    訂購詳情

3.3.2    貨物詳細價格

3.3.3    訂單跟進資料,及

3.3.4    預計發貨及有關資料。


3.3       商品會定期更新並網頁上顯示。但不應視為正確顯示該產品的存量。

3.4       我們保留權利或理由不接納或取消訂單,包括但不限於:

3.4.1    閣下所訂購的貨物並無足夠的存貨;

3.4.2    未能就閣下的地區安排送貨;或

3.4.3    閣下所訂購的商品因人為或電腦錯誤而導致資料有誤。

3.5       如本公司無法接受閣下的訂單,我們將以電郵方式通知閣下,並將盡快或於閣下訂單起計三十(30)日內退回閣下於信用卡扣減的金額。我們就此有可能發生的情況致歉但不會因此而作出任何賠償。


4.1       如我們取消訂單,而閣下已作出任何付款,則我們將向閣下退回我們於閣下的信用卡所扣減的任何金額。閣下同意及接納我們毋須就閣下的不滿而作出任何賠償。

4.2       我們接納Visa,萬事達信用卡及pay pal付款。當閣下作出訂購時,即表示閣下授權我們收取訂購商品的金額。在收取款前,商品的權限不屬於閣下。

4.3       我們使用第三方付款服務以進行網上交易。當閣下作出訂購時,閣下同意及接納,受其條款及細則所限,閣下的信用卡資料將會被我們以及付款服務供應商收集、處理及保留。閣下同意及接納,閣下單獨及獨自承擔閣下於進行信用卡交易時所招致或產生的任何損失,且我們於任何情況下均毋須承擔任何有關全部或部分損失。


5.1       我們授權(順風速遞公司) 為官方送貨員。送貨日期一般會安排於星期一至星期六於香港的特定地區送貨。星期日及公眾假期不設送貨服務。八號或以上颱風警告信號或黑色暴雨警告生效時外,送貨服務將會暫停。我們現時送貨服務並未覆蓋偏遠地區及離島,及並無升降機設備的樓宇送貨。


5.2   產品會由我們指定的送遞公司送往閣下所提供的送貨地址。當閣下確認收到商品同時,請出示有關單據證明。如商品已送,但閣下因任何原因而未能接收商品,我們將會向閣下收取額外費用或取消閣下訂購而無需退款或作出任何補償。

5.3       除另有規定外,我們將盡量於訂單確認後48小時內送貨。

5.4       當商品已送交購買人,購買者已成為商品的擁有人並需自行承擔持有商品的風險,我們不會就箇中的損失或損壞負責。

5.5       除另有規定外,送貨費用為每次60港元。



6.1       除另有規定外,概不接受退貨或更換貨物。請閣下於訂購前細閱由供應商訂明的退貨或更換政策。

6.2       根據個別供應商的退貨或更換政策,倘閣下訂購的商品出現損壞或缺陷(並非閣下的錯失造成),或商品並非閣下所訂購,或交付的數量不正確,可於收貨日期的七(7)天內退貨或更換,惟需:

            6.2.1    退貨或更換政策適用;

6.2.2    商品未經使用並處於原先出售的狀態,連同與貨物提供的所有零件及配件,包括說明書、證書、標籤、標記、消耗品、袋及盒;

6.2.3    商品的包裝必須處於交付予閣下時的狀態;及

6.2.4    退貨或更換的要求經需電郵或whatsapp向我們的客戶服務代表提出。

6.3       我們不作現金退款。


7.1       我們並不能保證進入我們的網站(包括使用手機應用程式或軟件)或其任何部份將不受阻擾、可靠或並無故障。

7.2   閣下明白在互聯網上的數據傳輸並不是完全安全。儘管我們致力保護該資料,我們郤不能保證閣下傳送給我們的資料的安全。閣下需自行承擔風險。

 7.3     我們高度重視私隱問題。我們的私隱政策涵蓋我們使用閣下提供的任何資料。使用我們的服務,即代表閣下同意我們可根據我們的私隱政策收集、儲存及使用有關閣下的資料。 閣下確認及同意受我們的私隱政策條款所約束。

 7.4   此等條款及細則受香港生效的法律管轄。閣下同意受香港法院的專有管轄權管轄。


當你使用電腦或電子裝置進入本公司網站時,你無需再次輸入個人資料。 你的資料已經被收集及記錄,你無需再費心每次輸入數據而做成有可能的錯誤,我們可以更快捷及即時為您提供服務。 當然你也可能選擇拒絕向我們提供個人資料,但此舉可能令我們無法為您提供所需服務。 如你同意我們保存你的個人資料內容,我們將確切執行私隱政策聲明的要求。
